Who or what is Hatched

Hey, I’m Niels — founder of Hatched.

I’ve spent the last seven years building and leading partner teams for eCommerce SaaS vendors like Sendcloud, Tracify and Returnless, where I learned what partnerships can really do when they’re built with purpose.

Partnerships have always fascinated me, the mix of people, strategy, and momentum. I’ve seen them spark incredible growth, but also stall when the foundation wasn’t there. Over time, I realised what separates success from noise: partnerships only work when people trust each other enough to build something bigger than themselves.

That belief led me to start Hatched, a space where I can help other eCommerce SaaS vendors design, align, and scale their partner strategies. Not as just an external consultant, but as a sparring partner who’s been in the trenches.

My mission is to build a stronger European ecosystem, a tribe of vendors, agencies, and tech partners who grow together instead of apart.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me at an event somewhere in Europe, meeting people who share that same curiosity about what’s possible when partnerships work the way they should.
